Dear Friends,
My current term on City Council expires on June 30, 2010; however, I’m not done working for Waynesboro. It is with great enthusiasm that I announce my campaign for re-election to Waynesboro City Council.
At each City Council meeting, I strive to bring an informed and thoughtful perspective to the table. Before casting a vote, I do my homework. When speaking with citizens, I listen more than I talk. I recognize that I work for you, and I take this responsibility very seriously.
As you know, Waynesboro is at a critical crossroads. Now is the time to focus on creating jobs and growing our economy. Strong leadership and vision will be required to maximize Waynesboro’s resources and potential.
I pledge to continue working on your behalf by:
- Helping create good jobs.
- Maintaining a low tax rate.
- Supporting excellence in our public school system.
- Continuing improvements to our bridges, roads, water/sewer system, and other crucial infrastructure.
- Advocating for the needs of our senior population.
As a valued member of the Waynesboro community, I’d like to invite you to participate in my re-election campaign.
